What’s included in the mixing service?

Do you offer mastering?

Yes — I work with a trusted mastering engineer (included in your price) so you get a fully release-ready master with no hidden fees.

What genres do you specialise in?

I focus on modern country, country pop, Americana, singer-songwriter, and related styles — but I’m open to other genres if it’s a good fit for my style and approach.

Do you charge per song or per hour?

Per song. Your quote will be based on the number of songs, stem count, and turnaround time.

Do you offer discounts for multiple songs?

Yes — multi-song packages are available and are already factored into your quote.

Can you work from my rough mix?

Yes — I always ask for your rough mix as a reference, so I can understand your vision before starting.

What do you need from me to get started?

Correctly exported and named stems, one Track Submission Form per song, and your reference tracks. You’ll get the submission form along with a full File Prep Guide when you book.

What are your turnaround times?

• Standard: 10-14 business days

• Rush: 7 business days (additional fee and subject to availability)

• No Rush: 21+ business days (includes small discount)

Turnaround times start from the next business day after your files are reviewed.

What’s the maximum number of stems you work with?

Up to 150. If you have more, get in touch before booking.

Can I send you my Pro Tools session instead of stems?

Yes — I’m happy to work directly from your Pro Tools session. Just mention this when booking. I’m afraid I can’t accept session files from any other DAWs, so for those, you’ll need to send stems instead.
